The service from staff, particularly Maria, Ria, and Athena, was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The location was absolutely stunning, overlooking the original Venetian harbor, but the downside was the restricted traffic area and parking restrictions in the old quarter. Dining was enjoyable, with a giant pad thai delivered daily to our room for an extra charge. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs but memorable nonetheless.
